A cheap and easy way to carry SD memory cards is a film canister. A canister can take 8 cards (9 tightly fit). When a card is full, I lock it and put it under the pile. I also number them with a sharpie so I don't have to verify each of them in camera in case I unlock them by mistake. Canisters are also handy for spices and small parts like chain links, nuts and bolts. B&H sells them in

packs of 25. Your local photo store might have them for free.
